woah. it seems like forever. though I have not been working out
everyday, I have been working out!
So I thought I'd show you some of the things
I do while at the gym :)
Rowing! I don't really enjoy this or
other things that deal with my arms,
but I feel my arms get stronger, so I do it! :)
and other arm exercises.
Sometimes I go into a room where I stretch, dance,
and take photos of myself;)
Here's another rowing machine and where I
do most of my arm work
I LOVE the elliptical!!!!!! I usually do this first after
stretching.
Whenever I feel the need to relieve stress
or loosen up, I run.
