What do I mean by that?
Well In Fashion you MUST, absolutely MUST, feel at least one of the above mentioned before going out anywhere!
What do I Mean by new? Be yourself. Be Unique. Be whoever you wanna be and don't feel like you need to dress like someone else. This is YOU!
IF you don't feel any of the above words found in Fashion...Then you shouldn't go out in that outfit.
Another thing with fashion. Who says what's in and what's out? YOU DO!!!
Sure Europe has amazing style and the U.S. is behind on it or whatever. But really YOU should dictate how it is you want to look and dress. Fashion is whatever you make it.

Part 2 of my Fashion Post..:
SO!! LEt's get on with the good of the post:D
PICTURES...of my nails...:) mhm...
Cute right?
Simple: Take multiple colors or one base color for your nails.
Like that.
Then you take the crackle nail polish(Which you can buy at Sally's Beauty Supply or Walmart-and many other places-)
and once the base coat is dry you take the crackle nail polish and do a LIGHT coat over the base and watch it crackle!
And then go over it with some clear nail polish.
My suggestion: have nails shorter. not so long. I guess to me it just doesn't look as cool! but it's your choice:D
